Jr Business Development/Sales Rep

Our patent pending and cloud-based design encourages ideation, collaboration, planning, and comparing, on the go and from any device. 


We are looking for a Jr Business Development/Inside Sales Rep to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. We are a hyper growth start-up company in the marketing software technology industry.




  • Develop customized industry specific value-based emails, call scripts and campaigns
  • Attend events and assist with marketing efforts
  • Research target companies. Identify target prospects and source contact information.
  • Maintain up-to-date data for each prospect in the CRM system
  • Conduct highly targeted prospecting for qualified leads
  • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation goals set by management
  • Work closely and collaboratively with an assigned Account Executive
  • Aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing telephone, e-mail and other methods
  • Schedule meetings for an assigned Sales Representative and attend meetings as required
  • Demonstrate the capabilities of the application to prospective buyers




  • 1-3 years previous sales or business development experience in the SaaS industry preferred
  • Must have basic understanding of marketing operations: creative process, media buying, agencies, etc.
  • Must have basic understanding the marketing technology landscape: digital asset management systems, email automation systems, social relationship management platforms, project management/workflow tools
  • Must be able to adopt/learn new technologies quickly, specifically the ATOMIZED platform
  • Deep understanding of the LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders
